Global Financial Technology Company
A global financial technology company received a more than 500M investment from a PE and Corporate Consortium as a basis for future organic and inorganic growth. The organization, though successful, required multiple enhancements in systems, technology, sales approaches, delivery stability, and whole company engagement to prepare for the organization to scale with additional acquisitions and organic growth.
We partnered with the CEO and Senior Team post investment to identify critical needs for scaling the organization. Together we created critical initiatives to improve the stability of the platform and identified and implemented change projects for necessary new digital tools. Central to the effort was a globally delivered set of workshops designed to engage all employees in identifying and engaging in projects to improve the overall operations of the company to prepare it for accelerating growth. More than 30 projects were launched and delivered that both created excitement throughout the organization, the sense that it was a global company and allowed those closest to the work to work on real business issues as an integral part of the transformation. The initiative supported a more than 100% increase in profitability but more importantly created the foundation and momentum for the company to accelerate growth in year two of the transformation.
